Terms and Conditions
All bookings are to be made between the hours of 9am – 6pm, Monday to Sunday. It is recommended bookings are made well in advance to secure your booking, particularly for weekend sessions or sessions conducted during holiday periods which can book out months in advance.
Full payment is required upfront to secure your booking. Once the date, time and location details of your booking have been agreed on, you will receive a digital invoice to complete your payment.
You will receive a secure checkout link to complete your payment where you can pay securely via Stripe using credit card, visa, master card or American Express.
Or, you can pay via bank transfer. You will receive an invoice with the bank details for you to complete the payment.
Payment must be made within 24 hours to secure the booking. Without payment, the booking will not be processed and date/s are released.
There are no refunds issued on services once they have commenced or been completed, or if less than 72 hours notice of a cancellation or reschedule is given. Please see the Cancellation Policy and Rebooking Policy below.
If for any reason you need to cancel your session, you are welcome to a refund, minus a 50% appointment holding fee, provided more than 72 hours notice is given. However, if the cancellation is made in less than 72 hours ahead of the appointment, no refund will be issued.
If you are unable to attend your session and less than 72 hours notice is given, you will incur a 20% rebooking fee. If more than 72 hours notice is given and you do need to reschedule your session, a credit is issued and is valid for up to 6 months from making the initial booking.
Rescheduled sessions are subject to stylist availability. As sessions are booked weeks or months in advance, your preferred rescheduled date will depend on availability at the time of rescheduling.
You are welcome to reschedule your session once if required. If additional reschedules are required, you will incur a 20% rebooking fee each time.
Late and Missed Sessions
If you are running late to your session, this time will be taken from your session and we will continue with the time we have once you arrive. If you miss your session and do not show without notifying Hayley more than 72 hours ahead of your session, no refund will be issued or reschedule offered.
Retailer Product Availability
Whilst extensive research and session planning is conducted for each session, Hayley cannot guarantee product availability, sizes or stock available in stores at the time of your session. We can only shop for what is available at the time of your session.
For Virtual Personal Shopping Sessions and Express Personal Shopping Videos, Hayley cannot guarantee the online retailer will still have items in stock at the time of your purchase. All items included in the videos are checked prior to delivery of the videos to ensure the product is available at the time of sharing the video with you.
Hayley is not responsible for any items that are purchased in store or online from retailers.
Hayley works over most suburbs of Sydney, including all suburbs within Sydney CBD, Inner West Sydney, Western Sydney, South West Sydney, North Sydney, North West Sydney, North East Sydney, South Sydney and South East Sydney. There is no travel fee for any of these locations.
On request, Hayley may be available to service the lower Blue Mountains and for additional travel fee of $75.00, suburbs under the Northern Beaches Council and suburbs in the northern region of Ku-ring-gai Council for an additional travel fee of $150.00.
Where travel intervals are planned in a Personal Style Makeover Package, the maximum travel time between locations is 30 minutes.
Intellectual property includes, but is not limited to, the documents and/or videos that you may receive as an inclusion of your session. Dressing guidelines, shopping lists, shoppable video links, recordings of consultations on Zoom or during a face to face session or any other information shared with you during or upon completion of your session are not to be redistributed to third parties without written consent from Hayley.
Gift Vouchers cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. However, you can exchange the service included on your voucher for another service to the equal value or to a higher value and simply pay the difference.
All Gift Vouchers are delivered via email. If you don’t receive your voucher, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If it has not arrived, please contact Hayley via email with receipt of purchase.
All Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the issue date. If you fail to make your booking within this period and your voucher expires, it is non-refundable.
